After a year of delays, Billie Faiers and Greg Shepherd are finally able to start transforming their family home.
The pair have had visions of building their dream home for quite some time after splashing out on a £1.4 million Essex mansion last year, but they were refused permission back in June.
Despite this setback, it looks like they’ve been given the green light to start cracking on with their renovations after Greg revealed the work can begin next week on his Instagram on Wednesday.

It comes after Billie praised her mum Suzie Wells for being “so strong” for her and sister Sam when they were growing up.
The 30-year-old former TOWIE star revealed she and Sam could have been left “damaged” by what they experienced in their childhood if it hadn’t been for their mum.
“We call ourselves the Three Musketeers. We are inseparable. We always say we have the best times when we’re together, just the three of us,” she told Fabulous.
In Sam’s autobiography Secrets and Lies: The Truth Behind the Headlines, she wrote about her and Billie’s biological father Lee Faiers, who was “out of control drinking” and split from their mum when they were young children.
According to the publication, after Lee left, their stepfather Dave Chatwood was jailed for 12 years when Billie was then 12 and Sam was 11.
“Obviously it was horrible and really sad, but Mum held it together so well that me and Samantha were always OK," she said.
“At the ages we were it could have been very damaging, but my mum was amazing. We’re really lucky that she is so strong and she stayed strong throughout that situation."
