Ed Sheeran’s ‘No. 6 Collaborations Project’ Debuts Atop Billboard 200
Ed Sheeran‘s new album No. 6 Collaborations Project has debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 Albums chart.
The week ending July 18 was the biggest week of the year for a pop album by a male artist, as 173,000 equivalent album units were streamed or sold in the U.S. during the period, Nielsen Music data shows.
No. 6 Collaborations Project was released on July 12 via Atlantic Records.
This is the third a Sheeran album has hit No.1 on the Billboard 200 chart.
The other two toppers are x (Multiply) in 2014 and ÷ (Divide) in 2017.
The album features the English singer-songwriter collaborating with artists from across different genres such as Camila Cabello, Bruno Mars, Travis Scott, Eminem, 50 Cent and Chris Stapleton.
