Eddie Vedder Joins The Who Onstage At Wembley Stadium Show

Rock band The Who, who are currently on tour across the United States, flew across the pond to play at Wembley Stadium in England for the first time since their Live Aid performance in 1985.

Backed by a full orchestra, which was conducted by Keith Levenson, the show on Saturday was packed with surprises for fans, as they performed a brand-new song, titled “Hero Ground Zero,” and brought out Pearl Jam‘s Eddie Vedder, who joined them to perform “The Punk and The Godfather” from their 1973 album, Quadrophenia.

“He’s going to share this song with me because he knows where it came from,” said frontman Roger Daltrey, introducing Vedder to the crowd during the second half of the show.
