Today, the pair will be able to meet some of the same nursing students in person to hear about their progress since February.

Kate and William will also see a specially designed simulated ambulance, which is the only one of its kind in the region.

Their Royal Highnesses will also meet with medical students accepted into the University's new School of Medicine, which was established this year following a nationwide shortage in the medical workforce.

Following this, the pair will head over to the Student Union to take part in a "Culture Shock" event, where they will have the opportunity to sample some Northern Irish food and drinks.
