Katie Price pleads guilty to breaching restraining order against ex Kieran Haylers fiancée
Katie Price has pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order against her ex-husband Kieran Hayler's fiancée Michelle Penticost.
The 44 year old arrived at Lewes Crown Court on Wednesday 25 May with her boyfriend Carl Woods, 33, where she entered her formal plea.
The glamour model was charged with breaching a restraining order after she allegedly sent a foul-mouthed message calling her ex husband Kieran's fiancée Michelle a "gutter s**g" in a text to him.
Addressing Katie and her legal team following the plea, Judge Stephen Mooney warned she is "at risk of going to prison".
He said: "Clearly you have accepted responsibility for an offence. That means you are at risk of going to prison."
She previously pleaded not guilty on 27 April and had requested a crown court trial.
Mum-of-five Katie was arrested on 21 January at her mucky mansion, held for 12 hours and questioned at Worthing Police Station over the allegations.
A Sussex Police spokesperson confirmed to the Mirror at the time: "On Friday, January 21, officers arrested a woman on suspicion of breaching a restraining order.
"Katie Price, 43, has since been charged — breach of a restraining order. She will appear at Crawley magistrates' court on Tuesday, April 12."
