Kelsey Parker glams up for red carpet appearance after new romance is revealed

Kelsey Parker, the widow of the late singer and boybander Tom Parker, has made her first red carpet appearance amid rumours of a "new romance" in her life.

The mum-of-two attended The Sun's Who Cares Wins awards at The Roundhouse today, November 22, 2022 in London.

Attending the star-studded event solo, Kelsey donned a sparkly sequinned blazer dress, which she paired with some white knee-high boots.

Keeping accessories to a minimum, she wore three rings including her wedding ring and one with a bright orange stone, and a pair of small hooped earrings.

She swept her blonde hair back for the occasion, and painted her nails a bold red.

Kelsey is believed to to be in the early stages of a new relationship, following the devastating loss of her husband Tom earlier this year.

She is reportedly dating a builder named Sean Boggans, whom she met through mutual friends as they both attended a wedding in Greece this summer.

A wedding guest reportedly told The Sun: "It’s early days and she has a lot on her plate, but he’s shown her so much support.

The source went on to say that the wedding had been causing Kelsey anxiety in the run-up, as she and Tom had hoped to attend it together.

Despite managing to get through the "tough" day, Sean was a huge source of support, according to the insider.

It's also thought that the pair are tentatively getting to know each other, and taking it slowly following Kelsey's loss.

Electrician Sean was previously sentenced to four years in prison after killing a stranger with a single punch.

He was convicted of killing 44 year old Shaun McDermott with a single punch outside a Romford pub.

Sean, who was 30 at the time, was found guilty of manslaughter, a charge he denied, by a jury at the Old Bailey on 17 September 2013.

Metropolitan police said in a statement at the time: “At 0116hrs on Sunday 3 February 2013, borough officers on routine patrol discovered Shaun lying on the pavement outside the Havering Oak public house in South Street, Romford.

“Shaun was taken by ambulance to Queen's Hospital, Romford, where he died at around 1000hrs the following day. A post-mortem examination gave cause of death as head injuries.”

Last month, Kelsey revealed it was "really hard" returning to the Pride of Britain Awards for the first time without Tom.

Kelsey, who is due to film a six-part documentary about life after losing Tom, said the event was "full of inspirational people" similar to those she had encountered while dealing with her husband's illness.

He was a regular attendee at the Pride of Britain Awards, both with his bandmates and Kelsey, who he appeared on the red carpet with in 2021.

Speaking to the Press Association on the red carpet, Kelsey explained: "It's really hard being back here without him. I didn't realise how hard that was going to be for me.

"But this is an inspirational night and there are so many inspirational people here so I've just got to enjoy it."
