Kiko Kostadinov's Norman Shoe Is Fit for the Middle Ages
Kiko Kostadinov continues to step back into the past with yet another pair of ye olde-styled shoes, following on from his 00102021 SIROKKÓ-presented Chelsea boot with the new Norman shoe.
This Spring/Summer 2021 pair is presented in “Night Tulip/Alpine Green,” which covers the shoe’s Nappa leather base and crepe rubber sole unit. In a similar theme to the Chelsea boots, Kostadinov adds a central design detail that sports geometric designs cut out of the leather, revealing an “Alpine Green” underlayer.
Alongside this, the shoe features a stripe of silver metal rivets that lead the eye to the square toe. Elsewhere, details such as a medial-side zipper, a flap-over heel collar, and an outsole that wraps over the heel and toe like a driving shoe have been added, rounding out the pair’s look.
Kiko Kostadinov’s Norman shoe in “Night Tulip/Alpine Green” can be seen above and purchased at stockists such as Très Bien for $600 USD while stocks last.
