The best Black Friday TV deals

The obvious candidates for good TV deals on Black Friday include Amazon, Argos, Currys PC World, AO and John Lewis.

Less obvious ones to keep an eye on are Asda TV deals even though the supermarket isn’t officially taking part in the global shopping day, it occasionally offers big discounts on electricals.

One of Asda’s best deals we’ve spotted is a 49-inch Smart TV priced at £229, saving you £70.

Although we spotted this trending online, it doesn't appear to be in Asda's online store.

The set is built up by Polaroid and has all the usual smarts and features you’d expect, including built-in Netflix and YouTube apps.

What TVs were selling in last year's Black Friday sale?

Last year, you could get your hands on a 32” Toshiba TV for £189 at Amazon, saving you £60.

The best Apple TV deals

Fans of all things Apple have been waiting for an Ultra HD Apple TV 4K for a few years now.

Apple’s TV will come with 4K and high dynamic range (HDR) support.

The inclusion of Amazon Instant Video support means this could become your new all-in-one device if you’re already settled into the Apple ecosystem.

You will be looking at spending £179 for the 32GB version, then £199 for the 64GB model.

You can save a lot of money if you’re willing to opt for the older third generation Apple TV.

This was the first Apple TV to feature 1080p, so you’re still fully set for HD.

It will cost you £119 to get your hands on this piece of tech.

Apple offers its customers free next-day delivery on in-stock orders.

You need to place your order by 7pm GMT, Monday to Friday.

Other deals to nab on Black Friday

Although you won't be able to bag yourself a TV from Debenhams, they are selling everything from fashion to designer fragrances.

Discounted deals include Dior’s “J’adore” Eau De Parfum for £45.65, saving you £72.21.

You will also be able to nag Jimmy Choo “Urban Hero” Eau De Parfum for £27.39, saving you £30.71.

Debenhams offers free standard delivery for orders over £50 or more and charges £3.49 for orders under £50.

Next day delivery costs £3.99 and nominated day is the same price.
