Black Friday 2019 falls on Thursday 28 November, 2019, and it’s set to be mega big this year.

It’s the biggest shopping day of the year and it’s the best time to think about birthday and Christmas presents for your loved ones.

But a lot of consideration has to come in place for next Thursday as you could go and spend even more than you had hoped for.

Although many of your favourite items will already be discounted, there’s a brilliant way to nab even more deals on the day.

He said: “Tools and price trackers are good, but they miss the savvy insight of real bargain hunters.

“This is where co-operative deal websites are helpful. is a website where members of the public share insights with each other.

“For example, a TV that is at a record low price, but with which you can combine a voucher code, cashback and loyalty points.

“Automated tools aren't able to share such advice. It's always worth a search to see if you can get an extra discount on top.”

But Tom said to be wary that often if you use a voucher code it will void your cashback and some sites are in partnership with brands.

He continued: “You might be better off doing a price comparison and getting it from a different brand.

“If the price drops after you purchase the product, return it and buy it again at the discounted rate.

“This is perfectly okay (unless a brand's terms specify otherwise) and gives you peace of mind from buyer's remorse."

Meanwhile, here are six things you should do beforehand to bag the best deals on Black Friday.

Salman Haqqi, a personal finance expert at, said to make a wish list, set a budget and make a plan for how to pay for your shopping.

The expert also advised to do a bit of research, set up your accounts and alarm clocks to get the most of the shopping event.
