Britain’s biggest brood is expanding! Radfords announce they’ve become grandparents for the FIFTH time – a day after criticising Prince Harry’s stance on large families
- The Radfords, from Lancashire, who are Britain’s biggest family, have 21 children
- First-born Chris welcomed son Jacob Colin to the family yesterday morning
- Announcement comes a day after his father slammed Prince Harry and Meghan
- Noel, 48, said their plans to have just two kids are rich considering their lifestyle
The first-born of Britain’s biggest family has announced a new addition to their brood, just a day after his father slammed Prince Harry’s views on large families.
Chris Radford, 30, from Lancashire, who is one of Noel, 48, and 44-year-old Sue’s 21 children, took to social media to gush about the birth of his newborn son.
Posting on Instagram, Chris wrote: ‘So yesterday morning at 1:20 we welcomed this little bundle of joy into the family. Baby Jacob Colin.’
The father-of-two, who is in a relationship with Nicole Spencer, previously welcomed daughter Maisie back in 2017.
Chris’ baby news came just hours after his father Noel, who is now a grandparent of five, criticised Prince Harry’s announcement that he and Meghan would have just two children.

Noel slammed Prince Harry’s views on large families when he appeared on ITV’s Good Morning Britain with his family (pictured) yesterday
The father-of-21, who has five grandchildren, argued that the royal’s lifestyle doesn’t match their vocalised views on protecting the environment.
Speaking on Good Morning Britain, he said: ‘Fair enough if he only wants the two. Not everyone wants a big family like us, do they.
‘But I think if he’s using the excuse of saving the planet, he’s flying around in private jets and he’s got his big entourage following him around everywhere.
‘He’s got his big luxury home that’s heated and has lighting everywhere.’
Sue revealed that they chose to have a large family because they enjoy the ‘chaos and laughter.’
