Charlotte Crosby is well underway with the renovations on her home after kickstarting the transformation earlier this year.
The Geordie Shore star decided to move back to the five bedroom Sunderland mansion, which she built five years ago, following the end of her relationship with Joshua Ritchie.
She's been charting the progress of the makeover on The Crosby Manor Instagram account, and has completed another room in the lavish abode, showing off the impressive monochrome design of a second spare bedroom.

Charlotte, 30, gushed over the finished room, the second of five in the property, which had a hand-painted world map in black on one wall.
She explained that she had gone for the black map to match the black feature wall, and had also selected a simple black metal bed frame which Charlotte said was from IKEA.
"This spare room is the favourite room in the whole house," the millionaire reality star gushed in a video on her Instagram Stories.

Charlotte went on to say how she was going to sleep in the newly decorated spare bedroom as her own master suite wasn't finished, and they had a new Emma mattress that she was extremely giddy for.
"My room is yet to be done. There is nothing in there it's exactly the same as before, I don’t know how I’ve got in this position. Carpets having been ripped up, walls need to be painted… I'm just going to focus on the rest of the house," she said.
"This spare room is my favourite room ever. I am obsessed with it, I think it’s my favourite room in the house."
Charlotte revealed that she'd seen art by illustrator and artist Danni Simpson on Instagram and was desperate to hire her to decorate the walls in her house, including a huge mural along her spiral staircase.
She explained: "When @dannisimpsonart got in touch with me on Instagram I knew I had to get her to come and paint amazing art on my walls in the house.
"I have the most ENORMOUS curved wall in the entrance of my house and it just needs that wow factor after seeing Dannis work I new she was the women for the job! but first both her and Karl added this cute world map in the spare room which is honestly my fave room in the house [sic]."

Elsewhere Charlotte also had impressive bifold sliding doors fitted in the back of her house, replacing old ones to bring in more light.
She shared a before and after of the installation, revealing that she had picked one huge single pane of window to replace the old patio doors.
Charlotte and boyfriend Liam Beaumont sat back on the sofa indoors as they watched the process, with the reality star gushing about how much she loved them.

She first built the property five years ago and announced that she was moving back into the five bedroom space in Houghton earlier this year as part of a "new chapter".
