Facebook members left ‘vomiting’ after woman shares photo of engagement ring

A woman showed off an image of an engagement ring which she saw online.

The Facebook user posted the shamed design which invited other members of the That’s It, I’m Ring Shaming group to slam it.

She took a screenshot of the upload, which read: “Engagement ring is not terrible, or is it? Wedding band is asking for a shaming. The whole business together? Shame.”

The set comes with a gold band and diamond on top, while the wedding ring appears to have a coloured diamond design.

But the image didn’t go down well online, with many slamming the look of it.

Another commented: “Those diamonds don’t look real. If they are diamonds.”

A third joked: “Awww, it’s not the worst worst. It’s just… dated. Do yourself a favour, melt the whole thing down, scrap the gold, throw away the rubies and go for a Burger King.”

While a fourth slammed: “It IS terrible. Why question this?”

And a fifth added: “Vomit clocks turned into vomit rings.”

However, some members of the Facebook shaming group didn’t think the ring set was that bad.

One said: “It’s not the worst combo I’ve seen in here but the prongs on the one look like the gold wiped off.”

Another added: “Separated I bet they’re okay. At least for my taste. Not a fan of yellow gold though.”
