A father and daughter were left embarrassed when a comment was left on a Facebook picture of them.
Darren McCready, from Ireland, posted a picture of him and his two daughters when a Facebook friend mistook his eldest daughter Sophie for his new girlfriend.
Micheal Cerutti left a message under the photo on Facebook which said ‘you’re punching mate’.
The comment was met with confusion from other friends and family, with one saying: ‘That’s his wee girl.’

Darren thankfully thought that the comment was funny side and said: ‘Lol cheers bud.’
But the friend appeared to be embarrassed too and left a series of face planting emojis.
His daughter Sophie lee also posted the exchange and picture on Twitter, and wrote: ‘I don’t really know how to take this to be honest.’
Her tweet went viral, with 18,000 likes and many people commenting on it.

Most laughed about the incident but some did admit how hot her father was, with one saying: ‘Jesus, he’s hot,’ and another commenting with ‘Omg, your dad is FIT.’
While a friend later posted a picture of the Darren with his top off and said: ‘Here he is! The hot daddy himself working up a sweat for all you ladies ..’
Later on Sophie also tweeted: ‘Safe to say I’ll never get a photo way my da again.”
