Inside EastEnders Lacey Turners retro Christmas tree at her gorgeous London pad
EastEnders favourite Lacey Turner has given a glimpse of her gorgeous retro Christmas tree at her beautiful London home.
The 33 year old, who recently revealed how fellow soap star Rose-Ayling Ellis ‘deserves’ to win Strictly Come Dancing, shared a sneak peek inside the stunning decorations at the pad she shares with her husband Matt Kay, daughter Dusty, two, and nine month old son Trilby.
Mum-of-two Lacey shared footage of the gorgeous tree to her 455,000 Instagram followers and zoomed in on her colourful decorations to the music of It's The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year by Andy Williams.
Lacey has a faux tree in her living area and has collected gorgeous ornaments over the years including a turquoise seahorse, Rubik's Cube, takeaway fries, burger, a tennis ball and even a tiger.
Meanwhile the soap star has topped her tree with a gorgeous snowflake and has added three light-up stars around the base.
Taking a closer look, we can also spot a nutcracker at the side of the tree as Lacey zoomed out to give a peek of the garden and patio.
Lacey was inundated with well-wishes including plenty of compliments on her decorations after garnering 1,108 likes including fellow EastEnder star Jessie Wallace who is best known as Kat Slater.
One penned: "Love your tree. Full of stories and individuality."
Another added: "Lovely tree there with decorations! I hope you're ok Lacey."
"Love it Lacey!!!!!! Have a magical Christmas as a beautiful family," a third said.
During an exclusive chat with OK!, Lacey, who recently returned to Albert Square as Stacey Slater, threw her support behind Rose, saying she totally “deserves” to win Strictly.
Lacey, told us: “Rose is so amazingly talented, I love watching her!”
She went on to say that she is backing Rose, who plays EastEnders’ Frankie, to be crowned the champ, adding: “I really hope she wins, she deserves it.”
However, Lacey isn’t the only member of the cast who has been quick to say how proud they are watching her show off her moves each Saturday night.
Gurlaine Kaur Garcha, best known as Albert Square’s Ash Panesar, recently told us: “Rose is so lovely and I mean that genuinely. Inside and out she’s such a beautiful person.”
Gurlaine continued to praise her work ethic and how she’s become an inspiration for people in the deaf community and beyond.
She said: “She’s fiercely determined and is so inspiring for so many people. Rose is a great example of you can do anything you put your mind to and I’m really proud of her.
“I’m right behind her and think she’s one hundred million per cent got what it takes to win and I hope she does.”
