Megan Trainers LA Home, Once Owned By Bing Crosby, Sells for $5.94 Million

Singer songwriter Meghan Trainer put her glamorous Toluca Lake farmhouse up for the market back in May. With a past resident of the estate being entertainment vet Bing Crosby, it didn’t take too long for someone to take up the place. It was sold yesterday for almost $6 million!

According to Forbes, who first broke the news, the lavish 7,200-square-foot home was quite the hot listing in the Los Angeles real estate world, receiving a plethora of offers. After an offer was made about a month ago, the home finally sold for $5.94 million – almost a million dollars more than the price Trainer payed for the almost acre long home back in 2016. She and her now husband Daryl Sabara purchased the house from Megan Fox.

A house this nice would only fitting for a pop princess like Trainer, seeing as how it comes with a whole assortment of top tier amenities. Along with its massive pool area and gym full of workout equipment, the house also feature a personal recording studio where Trainer banged out her biggest hits.

The main house features homey farm decor and comes with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, perfect for the lucky family who are soon to call it home.

A relatively new wing of the home was constructed in 2006. It comes with a huge chef’s kitchen with a sizeable island perfect for hosting dinner with friends. Next to the kitchen is a lavish living room with barn style ceilings and a massive round chandelier.

Housed in the ever so popular neighborhood Toluca Lake, there’s sure to be a ton of A-list celebrity living near by. From Denzel Washington to Miley Cyrus, countless stars call Toluca home.

The most notable past resident of the estate is none other than Bing Crosby. Crosby built the farmhouse back in 1936 to accompany his mansion that was just next door. He called the estate his carriage home until it went on the market in 1946.

Megan Trainer’s next fabulous abode is a mansion in Encino. She recently shared her experience if being a new mom to the world. She took to TODAY to discuss her switching to bottlefeeding her child.

“I was pumping as soon as I got to my room after the C-section. I really struggled making milk,” she said in an interview.
