Stacey Solomons net worth: Loose Women stars fortune revealed as she ties knot in forever home
Stacey Solomon, 32, first burst on to our screens in 2009 when she auditioned for The X Factor, where she won the nation’s hearts with her adorably goofy demeanour and belter of a singing voice.
Despite coming in third to Olly Murs and Joe McElderry, she then released an album in 2011, entitled Shy. But music was only the start of her career and it became the launchpad for Stacey to amass quite the fortune.
After a successful stint on The X Factor, Stacey went on to take part in the tenth series of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! which she ended up winning with over 80% of the public vote.
It was also during her time on the show, that Stacey first met Joe Swash, who would later become her husband and father to two of her children.
Propelled to mega stardom by her time in the Jungle, Stacey began making public appearances which included headlining Paisley’s Christmas Lights Switch On event in 2011.
She was even offered a role on ITV’s The Only Way Is Essex. Although the star declined the offer, her popularity never wavered, with the British public staying enamoured with her lovable laugh and infectious personality.
That same year she released a cover of Chris Rea’s Driving Home for Christmas hoping for a festive number one.
While it didn't quite top the charts, it was used in the Iceland Christmas advert that year and came in at a respectable number 27 on the official UK chart.
What followed was a slew of presenting roles including Sky Living’s dating show The Love Machine and I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! Extra Camp. She also competed in celebrity ski contest The Jump and the celebrity edition of Crystal Maze, among others.
It is all these television appearances that served as her main money spinners, with a lucrative ITV deal soon following in 2016 when she became a panellist on ITV’s daytime show Loose Women, which is the primary role for which she is currently best known.
Building on her continued success, Stacey also went on to present Sort Your Life Out, a show in which she put her decluttering know how to good use to help families tackle a life changing degree of mess and clutter in their homes.
It was while presenting this show, that in 2022 Stacey was nominated for a TV BAFTA.
Outside of her television and music work, Stacey has also flexed her fashion chops by designing a collection for In The Style, allowing fans at home to channel her quirky and often iconic sense of style.
She has also collaborated with budget fashion chain Primark, to continue to bring affordable style to the masses.
But in recent times perhaps her biggest money spinner has been the empire she has established thanks to her work on Instagram.
Last year the 32 year old star also trademarked her phrase ‘Tap to tidy’ which she uses on Instagram to showcase the before and after of cleaning up household mess on her Instagram stories.
The fiancée of Dancing On Ice star Joe Swash, logged the 'Tap to tidy' circular logo with the Intellectual Property Office. It features black cursive handwriting with a heart that dots the ‘i’, The Sun reported.
Stacey also secured a lucrative book deal for her self help title: 'Tap To Tidy: Organising, Crafting & Creating Happiness in a Messy World' which was released in March 2022.
According to latest records held by Companies House, her business Key Map Entertainments Limited has £2,480,873 in its profits and loss account, up from the previous year's £1,373,246
Celebrity Net Worth estimated Stacey’s fortune to be around £700,000 in 2018, thanks to her thriving television career and public appearances.
However, this figure was calculated long before her clothing range with Primark was launched and also before the announcement that she would become a regular panelist on Loose Women.
Stacey Solomon hacks
The mum-of-four is now a very wealthy TV presenter, with Celebrity Net Worth estimating her current personal worth to have skyrocketed to around £4.2 million.
The star is clearly doing very well as she continues to renovate the affectionately named "Pickle Cottage" after she purchased it alongside her fiancé Joe last year.
Speaking of the new house, which looks huge, she wrote on Instagram: “Today we got confirmation that everything could go ahead and it was actually going to happen… I think we just thought for so long something would go wrong so today just didn’t feel real” followed by a crying face emoji.
