Gemma Collins parades 3.5st weight loss in sports bra during gruelling workout

Gemma Collins admitted that she ditched her diet while on holiday after the 40-year-old former TOWIE star recently enjoyed a staycation in Cornwall with her loved ones.

Posting a video on Instagram today, Gemma revealed to he 2.2 million followers that she had indulged while away.

She's determined to get back on track now that she's home, in order to maintain her three stone weight loss.

'The GC' shared a video of herself in a black cropped top while standing outside in the sunshine in her garden.

She captioned the video: "My holidays are over, I’ve had a few cheeky weeks on hols really living it up however I’m so excited to get back on track today especially with my theatre tour coming up, filming, and lots of events I want to get back to feeling at my best !!

"The party is over so to anyone who is getting back on track today don’t stress don’t feel guilty just enjoy the fun you had but it’s time to reign it in now ….. X".

In the video, Gemma said: "Good morning guys, it's awful…I'm sweating cobs.

"But Caroline is here with me and we've been exercising since half seven and to anyone that's getting their fitness going, just get up early and get it done because the heat is rising girls."

Gemma then blew a kiss to the camera, which should encourage her followers to also work out.

The reality star recently stayed at a£170 a night camping site with giant bell tents.

Gemma shared a clip with her fans as she trekked through the fields with a wheelbarrow of luggage.

She wrote: "Wish me luck honeys !!! I’ve decided to do a staycation this year @seaforts_cornwall let’s go!!!

"Travelling light as always !!! Sandy you was amazing go girl gonna hug some trees and get at one with nature!!!"

Gemma has a goal in mind with her fitness routine, as she starts her one woman theatre tour, The GC's Big Night Out, on 15th October.
