Jennifer Aniston, 52, wows in sports bra as she shows off incredible flexibility
Jennifer Aniston has showed off her amazing flexibility in her most recent social media post, leaving fans completely in awe of her 'sensational physical condition' aged 52.
Taking to Instagram to share her yoga skills with her fans and followers, Jennifer, 52, could be seen exercising on a yoga mat while getting into some tricky positions.
The Hollywood actress looked seriously glam as she donned a skimpy blue sports bra and dark blue leggings, sending her fans wild as she showed off her toned figure.
Captioning the video: "Soooooo close," the actress could be seen leaning on a yoga brick as she stretched her arm up, before grabbing her foot and stretching her leg up in the exact same way.
Fans and friends were impressed by the 52 year old's suppleness, as some took to the comments. One said: "Mama, you have a sensational physical condition."
Another penned: "You are the definition of perfection Jen."
While a third said: "Hottie with the body!!! Keep it up!"
Racking up thousands of views and likes, the actress clearly made an impression on her followers.
This comes after Jennifer recently slammed people who think that she 'chose her career' over having kids in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter.
She told the publication: "I used to take it all very personally.
"And the whole 'Oh, she chose career over kids' assumption. It’s like, 'You have no clue what’s going with me personally, medically, why I can’t … can I have kids?' They don’t know anything, and it was really hurtful and just nasty."
The Friends actress spoke of the same topic back in 2016 when she wrote a personal piece for the Huffington Post.
Writing for the publication she said: "The sheer amount of resources being spent right now by press trying to simply uncover whether or not I am pregnant (for the bajillionth time… but who's counting) points to the perpetuation of this notion that women are somehow incomplete, unsuccessful, or unhappy if they're not married with children."
She continued: "We get to decide for ourselves what is beautiful when it comes to our bodies. That decision is ours and ours alone. Let's make that decision for ourselves and for the young women in this world who look to us as examples.
"We don't need to be married or mothers to be complete. We get to determine our own 'happily ever after' for ourselves."
