Molly's stunning snap comes after her podcast with Steven Bartlett, who runs The Diary of a CEO podcast, which has received thousands of views since its release.
On the podcast, Molly opened up on landing a role as Creative Director with PrettyLittleThing, her break-in and how it has changed her perception and her relationship with Tommy Fury.
Molly-Mae said: "Because I went on [Love Island] not expecting to come out with a boyfriend I came out having been the only person who has fallen in love. We're the only couple who are still together.
"It's been nearly three years now and it's been a whirlwind. What's incredible is that both our lives have changed together, we've grown together and experienced it all with one another.
"Having him to lean on through all these ups and lows is amazing, it would've been lonely to do it all alone. It would've been a bit sad to not experience it with someone."
Molly explained that her romance is definitely long distance as the duo don't see each other for weeks on end, but she credits trust as being the most important aspect of her relationship.
The pair met on Love Island in 2019 and have been inseparable ever since.
