The Office star Lucy Davis wows with dazzling transformation in workout clip

The Office star Lucy Davis has wowed fans with her amazing transformation as she shows off her trim physique during an intense workout.

The blonde beauty took to Instagram to give fans a sneak peak at her fitness regime as she donned workout gear at home and got stuck into some weight lifting.

Lucy has been working out with her fitness instructor brother, Jake, for several months, sharing another post in February as she joked that even the fact that it was her birthday didn't mean an easier workout.

She said at the time: “Sister + birthday = less reps surely? I saw the evil glint in his clown-like eye as he casually made me lift 95 bloody pounds @jake_bodyupgrade #revengeisgonnabemine #weightlifting #strongwomen”.

In 2019 Lucy shared a gushing tribute post to her brother as she celebrated his 40 th birthday.

Speaking of their close relationship, she shared: “He has picked me up in some of the hardest times in my life. I’m so lucky to have the family I have, and the fact that Jake lives 4 blocks from me makes me even luckier.

The actress rose to fame as Dawn Tinsley in Ricky Gervais' The Office, and she has since gone on to appear in The Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina as one of the lead's aunts Hilda Spellman.

She also played Etta Candy in the 2017 Wonder Woman movie, and has recently been filming US comedy series Amy from Amarillo.

Lucy has been open about her experience with bulimia, which was at its worst when she was going through a divorce in 2011.

She said during a 2017 interview with The Telegraph that after years of living with an eating disorder she's realised that “whatever your body's meant to be, it will figure itself out… it's been a journey.”

She revealed: “In my 30s, I would have hated to look like this,” she added.

''I probably wouldn't have gone out much. I'd diet for a week and then eat all the food I hadn't consumed in the previous seven days in a single day.”

The star's bulimia battle peaked around 2011, as her five-year marriage to fellow actor Owain Yeoman came to an end.

She added: “Now, I think I'm just normal. But my head didn't think that then. This period of binge and purge was at its worst when my marriage came to an end.”
