Wayne Rooney hit the town on Saturday for a night of partying in Washington DC, miles away from home in the UK where his wife, Coleen Rooney, is embroiled in a scandal with fellow WAG Rebekah Vardy.
The 33-year-old DC United footballer was spotted by a fan enjoying his evening at Living Room DC on Saturday evening.
Perhaps in an attempt to keep a low-key profile, Wayne was seen wearing a cap and sitting on his own as club-goers around him danced to Joe Budden’s Pump It Up.
At one point, a waitress wearing high-waisted thongs was seen approaching Wayne with drinks before quickly walking off.
Wayne seemed to be in good spirits and was happy to pose for a photo with fans, including one who filmed the footballer and cheekily made a joke about his wife’s feud with Rebekah, writing in their Instagram story: ‘When someone tells @waynerooney that @beckyvardy is in the house.’
The striker has chosen to publicly remain silent on the epic scandal after Coleen, 33, alleged false stories about her had been leaked to the press from Rebekah’s Instagram account.
In a shocking message last week, Coleen explained how she set up a sting after growing suspicious that someone who was able to view her private posts was selling stories to newspapers.
At the end of the post, the mother-of-four claimed Rebekah’s Instagram account was the only one which had access to her Instagram stories.
Rebekah, 37, has vehemently denied selling stories about Coleen and has hired a team to conduct a thorough investigation.
Still, it’s sparked an almighty feud between the two while other WAGS and celebrities such as Danielle Lloyd and Stacey Solomon have taken sides.
Even Wayne’s former escort Helen Wood has weighed in on the controversy and chose to side with Coleen, calling Rebekah a ‘snake in the grass’.
Wayne isn’t the only one letting his hair down as Coleen, with whom he shares four sons, was spotted enjoying a night out in Manchester on Thursday to celebrate footballer Wes Brown’s 40th birthday.

Kim Kardashian feels “blessed” to have been baptized in her ancestors’ native land.
“Thank you Armenia for such a memorable trip,” Kim, 38 tweeted on Thursday. “So blessed to have been baptized along with my babies at Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, Armenia’s main cathedral which is sometimes referred to as the Vatican of the Armenian Apostolic Church.”
The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star’s children Saint, 3, Chicago, 1, and 5-month-old Psalm were also baptized on Monday.
Kim’s eldest daughter with husband Kanye West, North West, was baptized in Israel in 2015. That ceremony was held at a 12th-century Armenian church called Saint James Cathedral in Jerusalem.
Kim is Armenian on her late father Robert Kardashian’s side of the family. Her sister Kourtney Kardashian also attended this week’s baptism ceremonies with her children, Mason, 9, Penelope, 7, and Reign Disick, 4.
On Tuesday, Kim, Kourtney, Mason and Penelope were pictured visiting the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex in Yerevan. The sisters also went to dinner with Armenian President Armen Sarkissian.
Kanye did not appear to have made the trip with Kim and their kids, and his rep did not immediately respond to our request for comment.
However, the “I Love It” rapper previously visited the country in 2015 and gave a surprise free performance.
Despite having a rough day because of her kids, the TLC star doesn’t forget to see the bless in all of this, saying, ‘Tryin’a count blessings and looking forward to getting energy out at the pool and then bedtime lol.’
AceShowbiz -Having children can be handful sometimes. Jill Duggar is one of the people who knows first hand how stressful it can be as she shared an exhausted video rant with her followers on Instagram on Thursday, October 3.
The “Counting On” star said on her video that her 2-year-old son Samuel was making a scene by scribbling on the wall with pencil, dumping water on the carpet and making a mess all over the kitchen with chocolate shell the night before. “Now he’s screaming at me ’cause he wants a game,” she added before panning the camera to the little boy throwing a tantrum behind her.
“I just told them to go and lie down or go outside until mommy can cool down and handle this situation,” she said. Jill went on showing the pink eraser dust on the carpet which forced her to vacuum them later after she’d done erasing the pencil off the wall. As for her other boy Israel, Jill said he was actually being good. As Samuel kept hitting something in the background, Jill said, “This is life with just two kids.”
Jill also shared some photos of the mess her kids made in the kitchen, featuring how the kids had poured chocolate syrup all over a chair, the counter, and the floor. “This was last night… after we put the kids to bed,” she captioned the pics. “….they got outta bed and in no time had done this in the kitchen..that’s chocolate shell stuff.”
“One of them dumped lemon oil on the counter… Then short naps, soap all over bathroom floor, water bottle dumped on carpet, pencil scriblle on walls, more water…,” she went on explaining. “this time dumped on brother and puzzles in living room.”
However, it seemed like the boys wanted to make peace with her as she shared a picture of one of them offering her a cookie.
It appeared that she spent the day cleaning up. Despite all that, the TLC star didn’t forget to see the bless in all of this. “Tryin’a count blessings and looking forward to getting energy out at the pool and then bedtime lol,” she wrote with the hashtags #choosejoy and #keepmarching. “She also thanked two of her friends for letting her vent and her husband Derick Duggar “for praying.”
Back in September, Jill also complained about having a rough time because of her kids. “My kids are awesome, but parenting is no joke… and sometimes I think they like to make it a little hard on us,” she wrote. “I bumped into a friend this morning and told her it was ‘one of those days.’ A little while after I got home I got a text from her telling me to check my front door… and when I did I found this,” she added, referring to a cup of coffee and Tootsie Rolls to cheer her up.
Here we go again… Photos have emerged of Canadian Prime Ministerial pin-up Justin Trudeau in blackface. The former teacher donned dark make-up for an Arabian Nights themed dress up party in 2001. It’s now been confirmed this wasn’t a one off either. The Canadian leader also wore blackface on other occasions. He cannot recall how many.
Nobody will be surprised that social media had rather a lot to say on the subject. There was valid but predictable outrage from some quarters, followed by exaggerated digital eye-rolling from others. The left concluded that Justin Trudeau was "cancelled". That is, his status as one of the good ones was permanently removed. While the right relaxed with a box of popcorn to watch their opponents devour one of their own.

The internet doesn’t exactly have a reputation for nuanced debate. Far less the septic tank of vitriolic shouting that most social media platforms have devolved into. There’s no space to say something like: "This behaviour is hurtful and upsetting from a world leader, even if it did happen in the past. Let’s unpack what the prevalence of blackface says about our community’s attitudes on race more generally”.
Cancel culture is a consequence of that lack of nuance. It illustrates the closed mindedness with which we engage in viral debate. Pack mentality takes over once we identify our prey. Once the beast has been hunted and hounded within an inch of its life, it is devoured. A social media pile on can prompt online articles, radio talk-back calls and even make the nightly news. The person, their show, their music, their network, their film, their work, their very being – is cancelled.
The reality, however, is that a "cancellation" is likely to be forgotten within a matter of months. Sarah Silverman was reportedly fired from an acting role after a 2007 photo of her in blackface for a comedy sketch resurfaced but her career is thriving once more. Billy Bush, who was "cancelled" after the infamous pussy grabbing tape, is now hosting a new show. Lena Dunham is directing an HBO series and Louis CK is performing comedy to sell-out crowds.
In Australia Sam Armytage was criticised for a reportedly racist introduction to a story about twin sisters with vastly different skin colours. Yet her career is as strong as ever. Alan Jones is "cancelled" roughly every few months, to the point his awful character has become a calling card.
There are rare occasions that cancel culture results in lasting impact. When a person of colour is on the receiving end of condemnation. Recall writer Yassmin Abdul-Magied, whose single misguided Facebook post prompted intolerable abuse and incessant media coverage. She now lives in the United Kingdom. Or broadcaster Yumi Stynes, who made an off-colour joke about a decorated Australian soldier. She delivered a spoken word piece entitled ‘A Eulogy to my Career’ at last year’s Melbourne Writer’s Festival.
So, is it relevant that more than decade ago, the Canadian Prime Minister wore blackface? And more importantly, should there be consequences of that?
It is, and there should be.
Blackface has its roots in 19th century minstrel shows. White actors would blacken their faces, to perform cruel and demeaning imitations of black people. Blackface contributed to people of colour being viewed as "other", as well as fuelling racial anxiety and hate. A white person painting their face black for entertainment value, cannot separated from its colonial history. Especially when the wounds and ramifications of that history still exist.
The person, their show, their music, their network, their film, their work, their very being – is cancelled.
People of colour are entitled to be hurt when someone – especially someone who holds power – sees their historical subjugation as funny. People of colour are entitled to be angry too. For someone to wear your ethnicity as if it were a costume, only to wash off the source of your discrimination at the end of the day, is pretty damn offensive.
Cancel culture is a problem but only insofar as it reinforces societal inequities and reflects the inability of our public discourse to tackle nuance. Having worn blackface in in the past does not render a person’s whole contribution to the world invalid. It should however prompt shame, introspection, apology and ideally, a meaningful effort to do better in future. Yes, social mores change and so can humour – but some things were never really funny in the first place.
Kevin Hart suffers ‘major back injuries’ after overnight car crash
The comedian was reportedly seriously injured while riding as a passenger in his own classic car.
Kevin Hart, as well as passengers in his doomed 1970 Plymouth Barracuda, are lawyering up.
The comedian is taking heat from those who were injured in the Sept. 1 crash, including the driver and a second passenger, who say Hart showed negligence for not having critical safety features installed like airbags and safety harnesses, according to a report from TMZ.
KEVIN HART SUFFERS 'MAJOR BACK INJURIES' IN MALIBU HILLS CAR CRASH: REPORT
The missing safeguards — standard in more modern vehicles —were not common back in the 1970s, so Hart reportedly passed on them for an extra bit of authenticity.
The body shop who designed Hart’s car may also be on the hook for allowing the custom job to go through, reported TMZ, which said a negligence claim could be rooted in the body shop’s decision to go ahead with the job despite the lack of modern safeguards in the powerful, 720 horsepower engine vehicle.

BTS’s hiatus will end on Oct. 11, 2019 when the group performs in Saudi Arabia. They will perform in the King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh. Tickets for the event go on sale on Sept. 11, 2019. For members of the BTS Global Official Fanclub, fans can enter a raffle to be selected for floor seats.
Big Hit Entertainment uses the raffle system for BTS’s concerts in South Korea
The raffle ticketing system is used for BTS’s concerts in South Korea. In August 2019, the co-CEO’s of Big Hit Entertainment, Bang Shi Hyuk and Yoon Seok Jun, announced they planned to use the lottery ticketing system for BTS’s international concerts. The concert in Riyadh will be the first international concert to use this ticketing process.
The lottery system helps dissuade scalpers, because ticket holders cannot resell tickets. To enter the venue, the name on the ticket must match the name on the ticket holder’s ID and fanclub membership card. This ensures that fans of BTS have access to the best seats at each concert before the general sale starts and scalpers purchase tickets.
How does the raffle system work?
To enter the raffle, fans must be members of the BTS Global Official Fanclub ARMY. Fanclub members have up to a certain date to enter the raffle using the Weply app. Raffle winners are then randomly selected and have the opportunity to pay for and reserve a ticket for the concert.
The raffle process for international concerts is slightly different than the system in South Korea. For the Love Yourself: Speak Yourself [The Final] concerts, all of the floor and first level seats were included in the raffle. Winners of the raffle can only reserve one ticket.
After the raffle period, fanclub members will have the opportunity later in September 2019 to take part in the Early Reservation and claim up to two seats in the venue. The general sale starts only after fanclub members have claimed tickets through the Fan Club Raffle and Early Reservation.
For the BTS concert in Saudi Arabia, only one section on the floor is part of the raffle. Raffle winners for the Riyadh concert can reserve up to four tickets and also receive access to the soundcheck package. There is no Early Reservation period, and any unclaimed raffle tickets are part of the general sale.
BTS fans seem optimistic about the raffle system
When Big Hit Entertainment announced it planned to incorporate the raffle system for international concerts, fans across the world were wary of the system. Some feared the raffle would make it more difficult for fans to attend a BTS concert. The raffle makes acquiring floor seats completely up to luck opposed to fans saving up money to pay the highest ticket price. Because the Fan Club Raffle is different for BTS’s concert in Saudi Arabia, international BTS fans are optimistic.
“u can reserve up to FOUR! why couldnt they do this for final 🙁 but the fact that its a much SMALLER section and not the entire floor means that weply raffle is gonna be extremely luck based, everyone has a better chance to get a ticket through general ticketing in this case jsj,” wrote a Twitter user.
“I’m just gonna assume the rules for Saudi Arabia will apply everywhere, and this isn’t bad at all! Up to four tickets per raffle winner – excellent. That’s what I was worried about. 🙂 And the Weply section is quite small, tbh, so plenty of tickets for everyone not in the FC…” a fan tweeted.
“They’re implementing the raffle already! Seems like the majority of tickets for SY Saudi will be sold on ticketmaster KSA. Only a small section of tickets (with soundcheck) will be available through weply raffle. Raffle winners can book up to 4 tickets. This seems very promising,” another wrote.
Kim Kardashian was left in tears in scenes this week as she tested positive for autoimmune condition lupus as well as rheumatoid arthritis.
Complaining of aching and swollen joints and fatigue, the reality star – who also suffers from autoimmune condition psoriasis – began to fear the worst as she worked full steam ahead on her career and law studies, while at the time she was also expecting her fourth child, son Psalm.
‘Lately, my wrists have started to hurt again, but it’s definitely a different feeling than before. I feel this, like, in my bones,’ she said.
‘I just am, like, freaking out. I have a baby on the way, I have law school. It just really can scare you when you start really thinking about how much this is gonna really change my life.’
However, after undergoing tests, the news was confirmed she had tested positive for lupus antibodies as well as rheumatoid arthritis – which affects the joints and causes pain, throbbing, swelling and stiffness – leaving the 38-year-old wiping away tears while being supported by her sisters.
In scenes aired in last night’s premiere of Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ 17th season, the KKW Beauty founder got a call from Dr Daniel Wallace with her results, after she was seen having an ultrasound on her wrist.
‘Your antibodies are positive for lupus and rheumatoid arthritis,’ Wallace explained as Kim sat in her walk-in-wardrobe.
However, he confirmed that doesn’t mean she conclusively had the disease, as he added: ‘Sometimes you can get false positives in these screenings.’
As Kim was surrounded by her mother Kris Jenner and sisters Khloe Kardashian, 35, and Kylie Jenner, she admitted she was ‘freaking out’.
Kylie, 22, was on hand to lend support her big sister, as she said: ‘You don’t know. The scariest part, is you just don’t know.’
As Kim revealed she would be finding out the test results for sure later on, momager Kris, 63, urged the group to be ‘really positive until we get some results’.
Valerie Harper was laid to rest at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery on Saturday, September 7, less than two weeks after she died at age 80, Us Weekly can confirm.
“It was truly a beautiful day celebrating the life of Valerie Harper with family and close friends,” a family friend of the Mary Tyler Moore actress tells Us of the intimate service. “It was a celebration. Guests were asked to wear colorful clothing — the color black was not allowed. Guests brought a single yellow rose to leave for Valerie at her grave. There were several speakers who told beautiful stories about Valerie and lots of memories shared about her life.”
Among those in attendance at the service were actors Elliott Gould, Frances Fisher, Connie Stevens, Joely Fisher and director James L. Brooks. Harper’s daughter, Cristina Cacciotti, delivered a heartfelt speech about her mother.
Mourners were encouraged to make donations to two foundations near and dear to Harper’s heart: The American Lung Association’s Lung Force Initiative and Results.
The iconic actress died on August 30 after a long battle with lung cancer.
According to a pamphlet handed out at the funeral, Results is a “movement of passionate, committed everyday people using their voices to influence political decisions that will bring an end to poverty.”
Cacciotti confirmed the news of her mom’s death in a Twitter statement on August 30, on behalf Harper’s husband, Tony Cacciotti.
“My dad has asked me to pass on this message: ‘My beautiful caring wife of nearly 40 years has passed away at 10:06am, after years of fighting cancer. She will never, ever be forgotten. Rest In Peace, mia Valeria. -Anthony,’” the statement read.
Harper was diagnosed with cancer in 2009, and was given three months to live in 2013 after being diagnosed with leptomeningeal carcinomatosis. Leptomeningeal carcinomatosis is a rare condition in which cancer cells spread to the membranes surrounding one’s brain.
Despite the prognosis, Harper underwent chemotherapy treatments and defied the odds. That same year, the New York native went on to compete on Dancing With the Stars.

Could Ashley Graham’s maternity style get any sexier?
The model rocked a black sleeveless naked dress at the BAZAAR ICONS party tonight, holding her baby bump as she walked the red carpet. Graham is expecting her first child with husband Justin Ervin, whom she married in 2010, and she’s already completely nailed her mom-to-be wardrobe. Tonight’s gown choice consisted of a sheer skirt, leg slit, and black feather trim.
Graham’s evening look was equal parts sultry and functional; she accessorized with a jeweled clutch filled with snacks.
The A New Model author wore a similarly steamy look last night while attending The Daily Front Row‘s Fashion Media Awards in New York, opting for a red, skin-tight latex midi dress by Vex Clothing. Graham cradled her baby bump in the smoking hot number, which featured laser-cut designs by Denimcratic at the bust.
Graham and Ervin announced their exciting baby news on their ninth wedding anniversary on August 14. The model wrote in an emotional Instagram post at the time, “Nine years ago today, I married the love of my life. It has been the best journey with my favorite person in the world! Today, we are feeling so blessed, grateful and excited to celebrate with our GROWING FAMILY! Happy anniversary, @mrjustinervin ❤️ Life is about to get even better. 😘”
We can’t wait to see more of this stylish mom’s pregnancy attire.
It might be her third time on Bachelor In Paradise, but Haley Ferguson is still making a splash. From her well-timed comedic quips to calling out John Paul Jones for his inappropriate behavior, Ferguson has been extraordinarily entertaining to watch. However, last night’s episode managed to show off the Vegas native’s softer and more vulnerable side. Ferguson was blindsided when she found out that John Paul Jones led her on when he ultimately had no intention of pursuing her. Now fans are showing their love and support for the 26-year-old and telling her she’s better off without JPJ.
The latest Bachelor In Paradise episode
Taking to her Instagram page, Ferguson shared some of her thoughts and feelings about last night’s episode of the show. “Who’s watching Bachelor In Paradise tonight!? Lots of tears yesterday but the amount of love and support I’ve received from you all put the biggest smile on my face! Dating nowadays seems to be incredibly difficult and I’ve definitely struggled with it, being vulnerable and putting yourself out there is scary, especially when you’ve been hurt and let down so many times,” Ferguson admitted.
Ferguson is hopeful for the future
The Bachelor In Paradise star continued on to assure her fans that she had not given up on her quest to find love and that she remained hopeful for the future. “But I have not given up and I truly believe everything happens for a reason and the best things happen when you least expect it. Cheers to staying hopeful and patient and to finding the love we all deserve,” the 26-year-old confessed.
Fans immediately began showing Ferguson lots of love and assuring her that she would ultimately find the perfect man for her. “I wanted to give a hug when u teared up. You are so full of life and been a fan since you first cast! Positive vibes from me! Never let a guy try to define who you are. There are great men out there just keep being you and the right one will Gravitate towards when you showing your bubbly and positive attitude,” one Bachelor In Paradise fan commented.
Fans think Ferguson is better off without John Paul Jones
Other fans were quick to assure Ferguson that John Paul Jones wasn’t worth her tears and that she was much better of without him. “Don’t worry you’ll find a genuine, good, person who’ll treat you right soon enough, without all the drama,” one fan promised. “You can do much better than JPJ, lol your prince will come, you’re absolutely gorgeous,” another fan of Bachelor In Paradise agreed. “You were great with JPJ last night. You deserve better. Hoping that you find someone great,” on Instagram user wrote.
Fans are not impressed with JPJ
Some fans were even floored by Ferguson’s interest in John Paul Jones in the first place. They were truly unimpressed with his personality. “Not sure what you saw in JP, let’s face it he’s a dud,” one fan said adamantly. “JPJ sucks,” another chimed in. Other people scolded John Paul Jones on what they viewed as terrible decision making. “John Paul Jones, it’s your loss honey bc you’ll NEVER find another Haley.. so much love all the way from Kentucky,” one fan said about the Bachelor In Paradise star.
A lukewarm apology
For his part, John Paul Jones did apologize to Ferguson for his behavior. However, in the same breath, he managed to undercut the apology with his condescending remark that she was “a big girl” and not to place all the blame at this feet should she be unable to make another connection on the beach. It’s clear with commentary like that that JPJ still has a lot of growing up to do, and for now, it seems that Ferguson is, in fact, much better off without him. We wish her well in her continued journey to find love.
