A PLACE In the Sun host Laura Hamilton sent fans into a spin as she posed in a striking red crop top.

The Channel 4 presenter and fitness fan, 40, took to her Instagram page in the gym bra, paired with matching leggings, after completing a treadmill workout.


Laura was seen clutching her water bottle and flashing a huge smile as she posed on her at-home gym equipment.

The A Place In The Sun host looked stunning as she went make-up free for the snap, which she captioned: "So happy to be able to start getting back in to fitness at home! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻"

Fans were quick to comment with one putting: "How do you fit everything in Laura…. you're always so busy, busy, busy!" as another put: "So good to see you bad on that fitness path 🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🚴."

Smiling for the camera, she showed off her toned figure, writing: "In the past people have asked me 'have you had a boob job?' and the answer is 'no'.

"There is absolutely nothing wrong with anyone that chooses to and when I was younger I actually considered a reduction as I felt my body was out of proportion – but in the end I decided against it.

"It's your body, your choice and you have to do what feels right for you.

"I used to struggle finding beautiful, good fitting underwear, but now there are so many lovely ranges out there that fit perfectly and make me feel good. A great fitting bra is SOOO important…"
