Many viewers loved her hilarious and no-nonsense remarks as she starred alongside pal Gyles Brandreth.
The series she starred in was aired in 2019 and was shot in six parts.
Sheila recently told Radio 2: “I loved every minute of it. I got the sack from that actually.
“They didn’t ask me back for some reason, I suppose because I was too rude about some of the things I saw.
“I, honest to God, had not seen most of the programmes they showed us – like all those where everyone was showing off their private parts.
“And I was deeply shocked, quite genuinely overwhelmed by the whole thing.”
Daily Star has contacted Channel 4 for comment.
In June, she also revealed how she saved a woman from an assault after the attacker recognised her from being on TV.
Sheila, 89, said there was “a bit of a struggle” before the perpetrator eventually scarpered.
The screen star wrote in her autobiography titled Old Rage and added: “I am far from sure that I would have intervened had he been wielding a gun or knife.
“In the latest type of war, manifesting as terrorism, it is not clear how the power of persuasion can be effective.”
In further Gogglebox news, the Malones family took a trip to the infamous 'Karen's Diner'.
The brutally honest and sometimes rude Channel 4 reality show favourites had the tables turned during a visit to the restaurant.
Son Tom shared a clip of their visit, and staff could be heard saying: "TV w*****s" and: "Alright the Malone family, I know you're on telly and everything yeah, but I'm not treating you any different, you're s***s."
Mum Julie could also be seen wearing a hat which read "cheapest prozzy on the council estate".
Whereas dad, Tom, who's known for his blunt sense of humour, seemed to be getting right into the spirit with his, which branded him a "gaping a*******".
