Chrissy Teigen dances in a swimsuit on tropical getaway with rare smile three months after she lost unborn baby

CHRISSY Teigen danced up a storm in a swimsuit as she showed off a rare smile while on a tropical getaway.

This comes just three months after she and husband John Legend lost their unborn baby Jack.

The model took to Instagram to share the short clip in a flower-printed one-piece as someone says "good morning" in the background.

Chrissy then begins to sing: "Good morning – good morning! It's time to…stay up late – what?"

The 35-year-old's happy energy is quite the 180 as it comes just a few days after she broke down in tears during "therapy" as she shared her feelings to her followers.

Taking to her Instagram Story, Chrissy held the camera close to her tear-stained face, and slowly spoke to her 33 million supporters.

“This is like a post-therapy face filter,” she said through sobs, before sniffing heavily and adding, “those are boogers.”

On September 30, Chrissy and John revealed they had lost their son in a post accompanied by a series of heart-rending black and white photos of her grieving in hospital.

Chrissy wrote: "We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before."

She continued: "We never decide on our babies’ names until the last possible moment after they’re born, just before we leave the hospital.

"But we, for some reason, had started to call this little guy in my belly Jack. So he will always be Jack to us.

"Jack worked so hard to be a part of our little family, and he will be, forever."

The TV personality would later open up even more in a heartbreaking essay on the online publishing platform Medium.

She recalled: "Even as I write this now, I can feel the pain all over again. Oxygen was placed over my nose and mouth, and that was the first picture you saw. Utter and complete sadness."

Chrissy is already a mother of two as she shares daughter Luna, four, and son Miles, two, with her husband, 42.

The cookbook author has continued to not shy away from her family's tragedy as she not only showed off the box holding her late son's ashes, but she also revealed that she got a tattoo in the little one's honor.

John would also get a similar tattoo to match his wife's ink.
