Coronation Street spoilers: Summer Spellman struggles as she's given a shock diagnosis by doctors

Summer is still reeling from her involvement in the recent hate crime with Seb and Nina.
Summer has been battling a guilty conscience and eventually confessed to Todd about how she was there at the canal the night Seb and Nina were attacked.
Billy was horrified when Summer said that she went joyriding in a stolen car with Corey and his mates – and told her she must come clean to the police.
Amy revealed that Summer ran away after someone in their class was horrible towards her.
Paul vowed to find her and eventually comes across her in Victoria Garden., where Summer admitted she feels partly to blame for the attack.
Billy and Roy ask Nina to speak to Summer who’s struggling to eat or sleep after the hate crime incident.
But Nina snaps at her and points out how much tougher it is for her.
Nina calls into the corner shop and, while Dev is looking the other way, she steals a bottle of vodka.
Nina then suggests Summer join her for a drink.
As the drinking gets underway, Nina cuts herself but refuses help and storms off, leaving Asha and Summer worried about her.
Later in the week, viewers will see Summer get diagnosed as suffering from stress and anxiety.
Will things get better for Summer?
Elsewhere on the street, Harvey has been trying to track down Leanne and her son Simon – who are in hiding after turning informants on him – while banged up awaiting trial on drugs charges.
With the trial looming next week, Nick, Leanne and Simon return to the cobbles to face the music.
DS Glynn pays Leanne a visit and makes clear how important her evidence is in order to get Harvey banged up.
In prison, DS Glynn tells Harvey his plan won’t work and that the witnesses won’t be swayed.
Leanne knew what she had to do and phoned Harvey, agreeing to change her evidence to be in the drug dealer’s favour when the trial begins.
Will she go ahead with the plan?
