DOIs Christopher Dean issues Jayne Torvill health update just days before show
Dancing on Ice judge Christopher Dean has updated ITV fans about his co-star Jayne Torvill's health following her surgery.
The ice-skating legend, 65, had an operation after suffering an injury on the ice and was seen wearing her arm in a sling.
Taking to social media, Christopher told their Twitter followers: "Jayne is out of surgery and all went well.

"Just recovery now. Thank you for all you well wishes. White rabbits too.
It didn't take long for fans of the pair to come rushing to the post to share their messages of support to Jayne.
One said: "So glad everything went well with the operation, sending love and best wishes for a speedy recovery and hope you will be back skating with Chris very soon, Take care."
Another added: "Sending lots of love and I hope she has a speedy recovery, thank you for keeping us updated Chris."
A third agreed: "Love and hugs Jayne. You are such a wonderful, beautiful, talented woman. Get better soon please."
Jayne told worried fans about her pending operation on the show, opening up about her injury to host Phillip Schofield.
As Philip asked her what happened, she replied: "Talking of things going wrong on the ice! I’ve ruptured my bicep tendon. So, I need to get surgery."
The host shared his concern for the world famous ice-skater as he heard about her operation, but she was quick to insist that all would be well.
"I'll be fine and we’ll be back on the ice soon."
Jayne is expected to appear on Sunday's episode of Dancing on ice alongside her fellow judges Dean, Ashley Banjo and Oti Mabuse to see the remaining celebrities skate to get through to the next round.
Dancing on Ice airs Sundays at 6pm on ITV.
