EastEnders star Robert Kazinsky reveals future comeback plans after bombshell return

EASTENDERS star Robert Kazinsky has revealed his future comeback plans after making a bombshell return last night.

The actor – who plays badboy Sean Slater in the BBC soap – made a one off return for last night’s episode so Sean could help mum Jean get rid of Stacey’s new wife Eve.

But the actor has revealed he will return in the future – whenever he's back in the UK from his home in America.

He told the Metro: “Earlier this year I was able to visit my family in the UK for the first time in years thanks to the global pandemic and a thankfully difficult work schedule, and while I was packing my bags I sent Kate Oates an email.

“It was simple really, I live in LA and when conditions allow I’ll try and see my family every year – or more if I can – so I though why wouldn’t Sean do that. Pop in for a cuppa?

“So I said to Kate, I’m in London for one day, let’s write a scene and I’ll swing by in the morning and we can do it, better than that, every time I’m in the UK, if I can. Let’s do it again and she rallied the troops and made it happen.”

In the episode, after Jean tried to get Stacey to kick Eve out and failed – she waited for her to leave and then summoned Sean from his hiding place to deal with her.

"You can come out now," Jean said as Sean walked out of the living room.

As Eve was confused about who he was, Sean introduced himself.

He said: "I'm your new brother-in-law, nice to meet you. You didn't even invite me to the wedding."

Later Eve was tackled by Sean and Jean – but he wasn't there to fight her – he made her see the reality of her situation.

"Stacey's told me all about you, and I'm not scared," she said. I've spat out bigger lumps of meat than you."

But Sean didn't try to scare her – instead he asked her to visualise her future in the back of a police car with Stacey, enough to have Jean in tears.

"That's the impact of your actions – those are the stakes," Sean said.

"She has to raise three kids alone, screaming asking why they can't see mummy for another year."

Eve agreed to leave but when Stacey got home to find out what Jean and Sean had done she was furious.

Raging at the pair of them she pointed out how they needed Eve to stop Suki Panesar from evicting them.

Then Sean left as suddenly as he had arrived, telling Jean: "That went well, didn't it?

"I don't want to miss my train so if you need anything else, just call me."

Fans are desperate for Sean to stay and not leave the Square again.
