Aaron Monroe (played by Charlie Wernham) has done nothing but cause trouble for his sister Dana Monroe (Barbara Smith) ever since he arrived in EastEnders. Their father Harvey Monroe (Ross Boatman) was thrilled with his son’s return at first but has since learned Aaron has not left behind the sinister behaviour he exhibited in his childhood. Will the thug inadvertently cause the death of his sister when she makes a huge announcement?
When Bobby Beale (Clay Milner Russell) first started dating Dana, he kept many parts of his true identity secret.
He was afraid to tell her that he converted to Islam while serving a prison sentence for killing his sister and made up numerous excuses as to why he wouldn’t drink alcohol on their dates.
However, when Dana discovered the truth about Bobby’s prison stint, the teen has been extremely supportive.
In upcoming scenes, Dana contemplates converting to Islam herself.

She reaches out to Iqra Ahmed (Priya Davdra) and asks for her advice.
The teen has learnt a lot about the religion through her relationship with Bobby and helped gather signatures of support for a new mosque.
Meanwhile, Aaron gets inside Bobby’s head about his role in Walford’s Christmas festivities.
The thug tries to suggest Bobby shouldn’t be involved and should take a backseat because he’s a Muslim.
Bobby becomes extremely anxious and begins to rethink his role in the community.
Dana realises her brother has upset her boyfriend and confronts him.
Aaron refuses to listen to his sister but is silenced when she tells him she’s thinking of converting.

EastEnders fans will know Dana doesn’t see eye-to-eye with her brother and it’s unlikely his reaction will affect her decision to convert.
Aaron has been secretly organising a hate campaign against the new mosque over the past weeks.
BBC viewers witnessed the thug spray painting a Nazi Swastika on the site of the new place of worship.
He also forced his father to provide him with an alibi after being caught at the scene of a racially-motivated attack.
Aaron promised Harvey he didn’t carry out the assault himself and the cab driver chose to believe him.

Will Aaron call on his gang to attack Dana in a bid to deter her from converting?
Aaron’s gang almost killed the cab driver they attacked in a pub and Dana could suffer the same fate if not worse.
The sinister character may be responsible for the death of his younger sister after ordering the gang to frighten her.
