Gemma Collins gained 4lbs after eating WHOLE loaves of tiger bread and butter but wants to lose another three stone
GEMMA Collins has gained four pounds in lockdown after snacking on whole loaves of bread and butter – but is determined to get back on track with her weight loss regime.
The 39-year-old star has already impressed fans with her efforts, shedding three stone in recent months, and she has now revealed that she plans to double that total.
Speaking to The Sun Online ahead of the return of reality show Diva Forever, Gemma said: "I went through a whole tiger loaf bread with butter to cheer myself up.
"Everyone in lockdown turned to food and I certainly did in the first few weeks.
"I probably gained about four pounds, it was nothing major but I have certainly taken it off since then and I've lost about three stone in weight."
She added: "It's been a great amount of weight to lose but I've still got a bit of a way to go if I'm being honest.
"I still want to lose another two or three stone."
When lockdown restrictions loosened, Gemma went back to using Skinny Jabs to curb her appetite as she indulged in luxury restaurants.
Explaining how she uses the controversial weight loss method, the ex Towie star told us: "I use the pen every week and it just really curbs your appetite.
"It's well needed for me after the lockdown. Basically, since the restaurants have been open again, I’ve been back on them."
Despite being open about her weight battle over the years, Gemma has always refused to discuss how much she actually weighs – and that isn't changing any time soon.
She shared: "I don't think it's healthy for people, or younger girls, to say that I keep getting on the scales.
"I think it's great to not be obsessed with that sort of thing. You know it's how you look really and your health really is your wealth."
Gemma wowed her fans with her new-found body confidence this summer, where she stripped to a bikini for the first time in years and proudly flaunted her curves while on holiday in Mykonos.
Describing the milestone moment, the self-proclaimed diva told us: "I hadn't worn a bikini for a long time because I was really insecure about it. But I whacked it on, I felt amazing and I strutted round the swimming pool.
"I felt proud to post the images on Instagram – I'm sure there were some people saying: 'She shouldn't wear that.' But I don't give a s**t.
"I am as I am. I'll shake my tush wherever I go. I don't care, even if it’s in a pair of leopard print bikini bottoms!"
