I’m A Celeb’s Vernon Kay thrown into air in brutal Celebrity Cyclone challenge
I'm A Celebrity is airing the Celebrity Cyclone Challenge on Thursday's episode of the show, as the final four stars battle for the stars.
In a hilarious sneak peek of the challenge, Vernon Kay, Jordan North, Giovanna Fletcher and Shane Richie, who are dressed as medieval knights, can be seen battling through the treacherous conditions.
As Jordan manages to snag two stars, Vernon then grabs one and makes his way to the end of the course as a massive rush of freezing cold water rushes towards him.
Vernon was seen rushing towards the end of the course, but he was thrown into the air as the wind and water caught him off balance,.
Not only did he have to dodge the water jets, he also had to avoid huge balls heading straight towards him.
Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly looked gobsmacked as they watched Vernon pelt it down the slippery track during the challenge.
Dec can be heard shouting: "Woah! Look at him go, look at him go! Go on Vernon!"
However, the celebrities all struggled in the physically tiring challenge as they were swept away by a huge torrent of water down to the bottom while they're knocked around by the bouncing balls.
But fans will have to wait and see how many stars they manage to get on tonight's show.
Viewers have been seriously excited to finally see the famous trial as they feared that the new location meant the iconic challenge would be cut.
They rushed to social media to share their delight at the new trial, as one posted: "Happy celebrity cyclone day everyone!"
Another added: "CELEBRITY CYCLONE IS HAPPENING!!!!!!!! That has just made this utter s***e 2020 so much better!!! Cannot wait".
A third chipped in: "Literally the only thing getting me through work today is the fact that the celebrity cyclone is on tonight #[email protected]"
A fourth wrote: " IT’S CELEBRITY CYCLONE DAY!! Best day of the year tbh.."
