Love It or List It viewers not impressed as they spot something VERY wrong with toilet during property tour
LOVE It or List It viewers not impressed after spotting something VERY wrong with a toilet during a property tour on Wednesday night.
The second episode of the seventh series of the Channel 4 show saw Phil Spencer and Kirstie Allsopp go head to head to convince Gloria and Tom to either put their property up for sale or renovate it.
The pair, based in Lancing in West Sussex, live in a Victorian semi by the sea – but aren't happy with their current family home.
Gloria didn't like the fact that the kitchen and living room were separate, there wasn't any space for visitors to stay, and that the family bathroom was downstairs behind the kitchen.
Phil went on to show them a house just down the road from their current abode, which was £50,000 over budget at an asking price of £650,000.
Gloria and Tom were impressed with the unique layout with five bedrooms split between two floors.

However viewers at home pointed out something they didn't like.
One wrote on Twitter: "Please don't leave the toilet seat up at the viewing properties. Not a nice look. #LIOLI."
Later on in the show they returned to their property to find out that they had prioritised an additional bedroom, rather than a ground floor extension.
Gloria explained: "We did do a loft extension, but instead of taking part of our daughter's room to fit in a small bathroom, we decided to put the bathroom in the loft next to our bedroom."

Kirstie pointed out that they still wouldn't have a bathroom on the same floor as the kid's bedrooms, but said that at least they wouldn't have to walk through the kitchen anymore.
However one fan pointed out on Twitter: "Would the only bathroom on the top floor work with a young family? #LIOLI."
At the end of the programme the property experts returned to their home to see the end result.
The old bathroom made way for a more open kitchen with a dining area, bi-fold doors and new decking in the garden.
They also converted the loft into a bathroom and main bedroom.
But Phil wanted to know if they loved their new property or wanted to list it.
Gloria told them: "It's definitely solved one of the main issues, which was when we're downstairs it's much more convenient.
"It's nicer and brighter.
"The bathroom is lovely now. It's nicer than now it's not off the kitchen. It's not ideal still, but it's an improvement."
She went on to tell him that their search for a new home was really good, but he wanted to know if he had done enough to make them want to buy a new property.
The couple told them: "We are going to love it.. for now!"
Tom added that as the years go on they will probably have to move.
He said: "I know in the future, the boys will probably want their own room."
