Warren returns to Hollyoaks as Sienna finds her twins?

Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) has been put through the ringer these past couple of years in Hollyoaks, what with her relationship with Warren Fox (Jamie Lomas) having disintegrated — not to mention to the sexual harassment she suffered at the hands of Laurie Shelby (Kyle Pryor) — but her trials are far from over, as she’s reminded of the one thing that hurt her the most in the coming episodes.

With Laurie now behind bars for his crimes, the future is looking bright for Sienna. Her career is back on track — with Nancy (Jessica Fox) even having offered to mentor her — and her relationship with Brody (Adam Woodward) is stronger than it’s ever been. In addition to all of this, she’s also spending much of her time with Maxine (Nikki Sanderson), and has become rather instrumental in the organisation of the young woman’s big day.

With the wedding looming, Sienna accompanies Maxine, Damon (Jacob Roberts) and Grace (Tamara Wall) to check out a potential venue for the ceremony.

While the visit proves troublesome for the happy couple, it’s Sienna that experiences the most heartache, as — when she goes to leave the venue — she spots two young twins — and believes them to be her own.

Viewers will know that — not long after Sienna had given birth to her twins back in 2017 — Warren kidnapped baby Sophie and departed from the village. He made a brief return last year in a bid to nab the other twin, as he thought Sienna had died — but was later shocked to learn that she was very much alive. However, — while Sienna was distracted with Nico (Persephone Swales-Dawson) — he managed to take the other baby, before absconding once more.

Are Sienna’s instincts right? Are the children she’s spotted actually her missing twins? If so, how will she go about retrieving them?

What’s more, does this mean that Warren is back on the scene? Either way, it’s going to bring back troubling memories for her.

One to watch: Monday 15th July at 7pm on E4.
