Below Deck Down Under star Laura Bileskalne has come out swinging against criticisms over her response to being fired.<\/p>\n
On this week\u2019s episode of the reality series, the stewardess was booted for inappropriate behaviour after making moves on deckhand Adam Kodra and attempting to massage him in his bunk \u2013 with members of the production team stepping in and forcing her to return to her own cabin.<\/p>\n
She also poked fun at an incident between colleagues Luke Jones and Margot Sisson, in which the former climbed into his co-worker\u2019s bed naked.<\/p>\n
Speaking to Margot after the fact, Laura claimed what happened was a \u2018joke\u2019 and Luke \u2018wouldn\u2019t rape you or anything\u2019, statements that contributed to Captain Jason Chambers letting Laura go soon after. <\/p>\n
After issuing an apology earlier this week, Laura then declared on social media that \u2018haters gonna hate\u2019.<\/p>\n
Since then, she\u2019s continued to share other posts about the incident, with her comments seeing her come under fire further.<\/p>\n

In one, in which she shared with a selfie, Laura wrote that it had been \u2018beautiful\u2019 to see the support towards Adam and Margot despite receiving \u2018hate\u2019 messages.<\/p>\n
\u2018I have always been mentally prepared that there will be negative messages for one topic or other, you can\u2019t go on a reality show when you have a strong personality and a character and expect people not to have opinions,\u2019 she said.<\/p>\n
\u2018This is reality TV and you have to be interesting enough to make people talk, that is basically the goal of good TV.<\/p>\n
\u2018Nobody is going to talk about how good the deco looked or how the drinks were preferred at temperature.\u2019<\/p>\n

Another further post shared by Laura showed her with Adam, whom she thanked for \u2018accepting my apology\u2019, but said that it was \u2018so hard to hide that I liked you\u2019, while admitting she came across as \u2018obnoxious\u2019.<\/p>\n
She then addressed audiences, writing: \u2018You can\u2019t stand [against] harassment with harassment. It just cancels it out. And I will not support social media bullying or harassment. It\u2019s just wrong, but that\u2019s on you this time.\u2019<\/p>\n
However her commentary on what unfolded has continued to see her slammed.<\/p>\n

\u2018Every single time Adam said NO and to leave him alone was a warning that you clearly ignored. You had plenty of warnings to change your behaviour. How are you absolutely clueless about your inappropriate insensitive comments to Margot,\u2019 one person posted on Twitter.<\/p>\n
\u2018Still no accountability. She thinks her unacceptable behaviour was \u201cgood for the show\u201d because it was \u201cinteresting\u201d???,\u2019 someone else wrote.<\/p>\n
Another added: \u2018She still doesn\u2019t get it.\u2019<\/p>\n
Initially addressing what happened on the episode earlier this week, Laura shared a statement that said: \u2018My sincere apologies to Adam, I did not realize I made him feel uncomfortable and no one should be put in that position.<\/p>\n
\u2018And to Margot for not being able to empathise. I was 29 when the show was filmed, 30 was my life-changer. I am 31 now and I am watching it as all of you, an entertainment show.\u2019<\/p>\n
Since leaving Australia, Laura has set up a rooftop restaurant in Barcelona.<\/p>\n
