Strictly Come Dancing season is upon us, and the celebs and professionals are getting acquainted ahead of the live shows.<\/p>\n

During an Instagram Live on Wednesday, actor Amanda, 51, explained she had joined the juggernaut programme to challenge \u2018negative\u2019 perceptions of menopause and menopausal women, who she said become \u2018invisible\u2019 to society.<\/p>\n
She said: \u2018I\u2019m not going to shy away from trying to push myself \u2013 we have to try and embrace the\u00a0menopause\u00a0and there\u2019s so much negativity around the menopause.<\/p>\n
\u2018It upsets me,\u2019 she concluded.<\/p>\n

Eastenders actor Bobby Brazier also looked excited to be there, as he walked with a huge smile on his face.<\/p>\n
