<\/p>\nMARRIED At First Sight groom Thomas Kriaras has revealed his impressive body transformation in a sexy selfie.<\/p>\n
The E4 contestant, 27, – who Married At First Sight viewers are witnessing having struggles forming a romantic attachment to wife Rozz Darlington, 28 – has clearly seen huge success in the gym.<\/p>\n

The Wiltshire-based star admitted he "doesn't recognise myself" after flashing his ripped figure with a clearly defined six-pack and biceps.<\/p>\n
Thomas took to his Instagram page to upload the before and after snaps.<\/p>\n
The before image saw him sporting a smart black suit with a grey T-Shirt while the after, and current, version showed him topless in his kitchen showcasing his lean figure.<\/p>\n
To accentuate his muscles, he performed a bicep curl on his left arm while holding his phone for his mirror selfie in his right hand.<\/p>\n
In his lengthy caption, he wrote: "I don\u2019t recognise myself sometimes when I look back at old photos of myself.<\/p>\n "On the left was me five years ago, looking for a new suit for my graduation and that was the only one that\u2019d fit my small frame.<\/p>\n "On the right is me now, the strongest I\u2019ve ever been.<\/p>\n "After doing a Q&A today, I had a lot of people asking me what I would have done differently if I could go back. I would\u2019ve made sure I continued being my best self instead of letting myself become unhappy and unfit.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n "I\u2019m in such a good place and it\u2019s because of all the beautiful people I met on this amazing experience thanks to #marriedatfirstsight<\/p>\n "Thanks everyone for being amazing. I can\u2019t wait for you guys to see mine and @rozzdarlington\u2019s journey!!!!"<\/p>\n He left fans guessing as to whether he and florist Rozz would eventually find their spark.<\/p>\n Fans were previously left baffled after the pair revealed they had had sex – in an attempt to ascertain if they had feelings for one another.<\/p>\n They previously watched as\u00a0Thomas and Rozz jetted off for a very awkward honeymoon to Austria.<\/p>\n Additionally, Thomas exclusively revealed to The Sun how he wanted to quit the series because of "manipulative" castmates – after what some branded the "most cringeworthy" wedding ever.<\/p>\n Yet while he is tight-lipped about how far he and Rozz make it in the experiment, and\u00a0whether they are still together,\u00a0he credits her with helping him get his mojo back.<\/p>\n "I wouldn't have got through it without Rozz," he insists. "She gave me my spark back.
