Chloe Madeley strips naked to showcase post-baby body 8 months after daughters birth
Chloe Madeley, daughter of TV duo Richard and Judy, welcomed her first child Bodhi in August last year, and has debuted her toned post-baby figure.
The 36-year-old, who is married to rugby player James Haskell, shared a nude picture of her while pregnant and one of her eight months post-partum in order to showcase her incredible body transformation.
She said: "Took me months but you have to keep trying and eventually the solution shoe will fit and you'll get there. You can't do it on your own though, you need help."
The star, who is a fitness instructor, then explained in the Instagram post how she achieved her desired look in a short space of time.
She said: "Progressive overload is the key, can be via weights, sets or reps. No need to change your training plan unless you're not seeing what you want to see re physique."
In the shot, Chloe is standing in what's thought to be her living room while reaching up and tilting her head back. She's covered any intimate areas with a black banner.
Chloe and James, 38, recently invited OK! to Bodhi's – whose name means means enlightenment and new life – first birthday party.
In our exclusive interview, the new mum told us all about the elaborate underwater-themed party, "I really enjoyed organising it.
"We had loads of balloons – at least 300 – with decorated archways. And there was a candy cart for the other kids that came."
James then gushed about his wife's organisation skills, "Chloe did an amazing job. We invited my parents, Chloe’s parents, Chloe’s brother and some of our best friends and their children. It’s not often we can all get together, so it was really nice."
The couple, who met in 2014, also told us about the ways parenthood has completely changed their lives.
Opening up about the highlights, Chloe said, “It’s quite overwhelming how much love comes beaming into your life. Special is really the only word for it. I’ve never felt anything like it."
James added, “Being a dad has taught me to love in a different way. My life is very practical and I never used to be a particularly emotional person, but I’ve probably cried more in the last year than I have in my entire life.”
