Danniella Westbrook’s daughter fires back at fans who tell her to unblock famous mum

Danniella Westbrook’s estranged daughter Jodie has fired back at fans who told her to unblock her famous mum on Instagram.

Earlier this week, former EastEnders star Danniella, 49, publicly reached out to her daughter on social media as she spoke about her 'broken heart' after being 'cut out' of her life.

A number of Daniella's fans have commented on 22 year old Jodie's recent Instagram posts imploring her to reach out to her mother.

One comment on Jodie's post about her birthday celebrations read: "Reach out to your mum. She loves and misses you. Life is too short."

But Jodie defiantly wrote back: "If you don’t know the situation please don’t comment thank you."

Another person said: "Reach out to your mother please, she has said happy birthday to you on her Instagram."

Jodie replied: "You do not know my life or my situation. So please do not comment. Thank you."

This week, Daniella shared an emotional post to Instagram with some photographs of herself and Jodie from simpler times as she shared her 'heart is broken' at her daughter's decision to cut contact with her.

One of the snaps shared by Danniella was of them in younger days, when Jodie was a toddler and sat on her mother's lap, whilst another was of Jodie snapping a selfie more recently.

In the caption, Danniella made no attempt to conceal her emotions as she shared a heartfelt caption in an effort to reach out to her estranged daughter.

The caption read: "With all my heart, i miss my daughter. Miss so many things we shared.

"But after the beautiful birthday, I arranged for her 21st last year. Within a month, I was once again with zero explanation cut out of her life.

"And it has broken my heart but I just hope she knows how proud I am to be her mother. And I love her always . X"

Just days later, however, Danniella's emotions appeared to turn to anger as she shared a thinly-veiled meme about not caring when someone blocks her.

It included a throwback snap of Marilyn Monroe waving from a window, with the words: "When someone blocks me & expects me to care. Bye C**t."

Daniella also added a 'bye bye' at the top of the Instagram story post.

She shares Jodie and son Kai with ex-husband Kevin Jenkins, who she married in 2001, four months after the birth of Jodie.

The pair divorced in 2020, six years after splitting in 2014.
