GMB’s Charlotte Hawkins was left rather red-faced and asked her co-host to move on, after he took a swipe at her time on Strictly.
The hit ITV show was back for another instalment on Friday (September 1) with Robert Rinder and Charlotte Hawkins back at the helm.
But things took an awkward turn when the pair spoke to the show’s entertainment editor Richard Arnold.

After listening back to a new song from Justin Timberlake, Timberland and Nelly Furtado, the GMB team were told by the gallery to “look a little bit more animated”.
Richard added: “We’re giving the best we’ve got, it’s been a long week.”
Echoing his thoughts, Charlotte chimed in and said: “I know, I did a little shoulder shimmy,” as she proceeded to do the move.
Watching on, Richard then made a brutal dig at co-star Charlotte and quipped: “Hang on, what week did you make on Strictly?”
With her jaw on the floor, Charlotte fired back: “Oh alright, let’s move on shall we!”
The blonde beauty competed in the glitzy BBC one series back in 2017 and was paired with former pro dancer Brendan Cole – in what turned out to be his final season.
However, Charlotte was the third celeb to be booted from the show.
After Brendan reveaked he had been axed from the show after fifteen series' – he announced his removal from the show on ITV's Lorraine.
He told her: “It’s quite, actually, hard to talk about. The BBC haven’t renewed my contract. We get contracted year upon year. They’ve made an editorial decision to not have me back on the show. I’m a little bit in shock. I’m quite emotional, a bit raw about it."

Talking on GMB the next day, Charlotte said: "That makes it look like it's my fault, like it was my dancing that was the last straw."
Co-host at the time Piers Morgan then said: "You have to ask, were you so bad?"
She replied: "I hope it was nothing to do with me. It's a BBC decision. I think it's really sad. He's been there from the start and done 15 series.
"He is the one that spoke his mind. He did have my back when the judges were being harsh during criticisms."
