ITV Im A Celebrity icon says its clear Nella is playing a game – shes got to go
It's fair to say that Nella Rose has ruffled a few feathers ever since entering the I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! camp.
The 26 year old YouTube star has clashed with First Dates' Fred Sirieix and politician Nigel Farage, but now a former I'm a Celeb icon has weighed in with their thoughts on campmate Nella.
According to singer and former glamour model Samantha Fox, who appeared on season nine of the ITV show, Nella is "definitely playing a game."
The 57 year old lasted 13 days during her stint in the jungle but has given her verdict on this year's series.
Samantha told Closer Magazine: "Nella has driven me mad from the beginning. She's definitely playing a game and has got to get out as she's not a team player.
"She wants to blow everything out of proportion and just start an argument," the former Celebrity Big Brother added.
However there is one campmate that Samantha is rooting for and believes is genuine, and that is Made in Chelsea star Sam Thompson. She said: "I really love Sam's energy."
Nella was at the forefront of the I'm A Celeb drama on Tuesday's episode when she suddenly went missing from the live section after Ant and Dec announced that she had been pulled from the trial vote.
The star, who has been repeatedly voted by the public to take part in Bushtucker trials over the last few days, has been having a tough time and they are taking a toll on her.
Yet just as fans were gearing up to watch the presenters announce who would be taking part this time, they had a message for viewers.
"Unfortunately Nella is being seen by a medic so is now exempt from today's trial," the pair shared, leaving viewers confused over the campmate's sudden absence.
They then revealed that Nick Pickard and Nigel Farage would be doing the underwater trial.
An ITV spokesperson has now shared an official statement on the decision to remove Nella, saying: “For medical reasons, Nella Rose is being treated by the show’s on site medics and will be returning to camp shortly. As a result, she is exempt from the next trial."
But camp leader Sam Thompson tried to lighten the mood, and laughed and cheered as he said: “We are going to get ten stars.”
