Drake's Latest Transitional Collection Keeps Wearers Covered From Summer to Fall
London-based contemporary brand Drake’s has just presented its latest collection and it looks to keep wearers covered for the UK’s unpredictable transitional season.
Throughout Britain, there’s a slew of brands that are offering expert tailoring. For example, the likes of clothsurgeon continue to impress its audience with its Saville Row-tailored garments, while the lands of Scotland — with brands like Kestin and Mackintosh — are also unveiling expertly-tailored designs regularly for those who want to escape the currently loud-and-proud world of streetwear.
Now, Drake’s is unveiling its latest line of tailored designs, with a new collection that aims to facilitate those looking for warm and cozy styles that are effortlessly blended with breathable details for the uneasy transition from Summer to Fall. As a whole, the collection welcomes a series of details that lean into a brighter color palette, while technical elements are added to outerwear styles.
Highlights from the collection come in the form of the new Mk. VII Games blazer, crafted from soft Italian flannel and Houndstooth tweed. Elsewhere, Drake’s introduces all-new Perennial Oxford shirting and Shetland jumpers, while a warmly welcomed five-button cardigan is introduced in Tuscan Casentino wool.
Rounding off the presentation, the British imprint unveils new rugby shirts — reworked in Merino wool — while a slew of new accessories, from caps and scarfs to ties and belts are included to add finer complements to the well-rounded looks.
You can take a closer look at the new collection from Drake’s above and it’s available to shop via the brand’s official website now.
