Grand Marnier is toasting 50 years of hip-hop this holiday season. The iconic cognac and orange liqueur brand joined forces with rock and rap artist Teezo Touchdown and luxury gifting company UNWRP for its festive “(W)rapping Paper” Program. Looking to spread the gift-giving spirit and raise a glass to hip-hop’s greatest throwbacks, Grand Marnier is unveiling a bespoke wrapping paper, “(w)rap” content and a curated cocktail kit to help you kickstart your holiday celebrations.

A grand encounter on his own, Teezo Touchdown mixes grunge pop, punk and R&B influences with Texas-style rap, highlighting his genre-bending taste in music and fashion. Grand Marnier tapped the rapper and singer to bring his distinct charisma and unique style to the custom wrapping paper, designed by gifting company UNWRP. The black-owned small business, founded by multidisciplinary designer Ashley L. Fouyolle in 2017, is a one-stop destination for all things related to gifting. Fouyolle’s artful wrapping papers and assorted stationery bring memorable gifting and unboxing experiences to everyone through intentional and impactful design.
Grand Marnier’s holiday wrapping paper features graphics that depict vintage sound equipment — boomboxes, turntables, cassette tapes and CD players — alongside contemporary music devices that pay homage to the evolution of hip-hop and music history. The brand also teamed up with Teezo to create a remixed version of its Grand Margarita available on Cocktail Courier for a limited time. Teezo’s modern twist on the signature cocktail is replete with special ingredients and unique garnishes, and the holiday-themed cocktail kit arrives with a complimentary roll of the exclusive wrapping paper.
“Partnering with Grand Marnier on this project was a great experience. I hope our shared love of hip-hop and the holidays shine through in the product,” says Fouyolle. “We’re excited to bring this special gift to consumers — because one thing that makes wrapping gifts that much easier is enjoying a delicious cocktail.”1 of 7

In celebration of the holidays and hip-hop’s 50th anniversary, Teezo Touchdown also appears in “(w)rap” video content launched across his and Grand Marnier’s social channels. In the video, he opens up about his musical journey, memorable industry run-ins and plans for the future while wrapping bottles of Grand Marnier and unwrapping nifty music accesories. No stranger to blending the unexpected and experimenting with different musical flavors for inspiration, Teezo also shares tips on curating an elevated holiday vibe for family and friends.
“Grand Marnier’s concept of Grand Encounter speaks to me on many levels,” comments Teezo. With hip-hop, it’s about bringing together the unexpected to create one-of-a-kind sounds. With the holidays, it’s about creating a unique and elevated experience for my friends and family – through style, food and cocktails.”
Grand Marnier is also donating to The Hip Hop Museum, slated to officially open its doors in the Bronx in 2025. It will be the first-ever museum dedicated to preserving hip-hop’s founding legacy. “Grand Marnier is proud to be among The Hip Hop Museum’s inaugural donors, establishing an authentic partnership with the museum and its profound mission,” says Andrea Sengara. “Funds from Grand Marnier will support the museum’s research and curation of exhibits and collections involving the acquisition of artifacts, memorabilia, and historical items, events and exhibitions, and engaging experts and scholars in the field.”
The “(W)rapping Paper” Program champions the intersection of music and culture and the spirit of reinvention engrained in hip-hop.
This holiday season, toast to life’s Grand Encounters and with a Grand Margarita holiday cocktail kit, sold exclusively on Cocktail Courier.
