Matty Healy kisses model Gabbriette Bechtel in very steamy clinch in New York

Matty Healy appeared smitten as he packed on the PDA with Gabbriette Bechtel in New York City on Wednesday.

The 34-year-old frontman of The 1975 was snapped with his arms wrapped around the model in various locations around the city.

His outing came just months after it was speculated he was romantically seeing singer and long-time friend Taylor Swift, 33.

The star seemed to have moved on after he was pictured sharing plenty of kisses with Gabbriette who found fame as a member of the girl group Nasty Cherry.

Appearing totally besotted with one another, the duo wandered in and out of shops as they took a passionate stroll around the American city’s streets.

Matty locked lips with the model multiple times and giggled as he pulled her in closer for a cuddle.

He was wearing an all-black ensemble that featured a t-shirt and a pair of straight leg trousers.

Finishing off his simple outfit, the singer also wore some black trainers and shielded his eyes from the sun with some black sunglasses.

He carried a drink and cigarette in his free hand while he caressed his lover with his other and smiled at her lovingly.

Gabbriette was dressed in a black tank top and added a grey skirt and knee-high black boots to her subtle look.

She also accessorised with a black belt and slung a large black handbag over her shoulder to carry her things in.

Prior to his rumoured Taylor romance, the star had been in relationships with Gabriella Brooks, an Australian model as well as singers Halsey and FKA twigs – splitting up with the latter in 2022.

Matty’s loved-up walk came after his band announced dates for the UK and Europe leg of their new Still… At Their Very Best tour.

The 22-date run – which includes two nights at London’s The O2 – is set to be the indie rockers’ biggest shows in Europe and will bring a close to their 2022 album Being Funny In A Foreign Language era.

They will kick off their tour in North America and Canada this autumn, with shows at The Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles and New York’s prestigious Madison Square Gardens, before arriving in the UK and Europe for their February and March dates.
