Michelle Keegan shares glorious sun-dappled photos celebrating end of summer

Michelle Keegan posted some gorgeous snaps from her weekend as she enjoyed the last dregs of summer at her lavish £3.5million Essex mansion.

The 36-year-old actress was certainly embracing the sun-dappled vibe as she shared pictures on Sunday of herself hanging out with her mum, Jackie.

Dressed in a yellow and white striped bikini top paired with denim cut-off shorts, the Ten Pound Poms star also donned sunglasses for a glorious picture of her petting a palomino horse at a stable.

She was also snapped in what appeared to be an apple orchard with her mum, who was wearing a pink sundress.

Michelle included her and husband Mark Wright’s dogs in her photos too, as dachshund Phoebe  enjoyed a refreshing dip in the couple’s pool while playing with a ball.

Chihuahua Pip, meanwhile, stayed safely on dry land, with Michelle photographing the pooch in the shade by some flowerpots.

Former Coronation Street breakout star Michelle also enjoyed a game of cards outside with an Aperol Spritz, as well as an ice cream to stay cool in the unexpected heat.

‘Last few days of Summer 🌻☀️🍦🍹🌇💛,’ she captioned her carousel on Instagram, which also included a stunning shot of the sunset from her back garden, looking across neighbouring fields.

Mark, also 36, shared some of his own ‘family time’ pictures too, as he doted over his nephews when footballer brother Josh Wright and his partner Hollie Kane came to visit.

The former Towie star was seen playing in the pool with the boys, as well as enjoying some relaxation time floating on a Lilo with Pip in his lap and a cool can in one hand.

‘A wholesome weekend that was a scorcher!! Family time from start to finish. Being uncle Mark is the best 💙☀️👶 🐕 🍺,’ he wrote in his caption.

He and Michelle, who jetted off together for a pal’s exotic wedding abroad before heading straight to the NTAs, are clearly loving making the most of spending time at home.

Having finished off their garden landscaping recently with some massive plant pots, especially painted to match the house’s exterior, the couple threw a lavish housewarming party for their nearest and dearest.

After three years of hard work, they dubbed the event ‘Marchella’ and even had acts including Scouting For Girls, Olly Murs, comic Russell Kane and Mark’s pal James ‘Arg’ Argent perform with his band.

A short clip of his set was posted to his Instagram page, showing off the plentiful number of guests at the party, enjoying drinks around the stunning pool.

Posting on their home account, Mark and Michelle wrote after the festivities: ‘A long time coming. We did it!! Thanks to all our loved ones and the people that made it so special 💙 home!!.’
