When did Meghan Markle star in Suits and who did she play?
Meghan Markle first found fame when she starred in Suits from 2011 to 2017.
At the same time she also appeared in other popular shows such as 90210 and modelling the banker's briefcase on Deal or No Deal.
However, it was Suits where she became a star as she played the role of Rachel Zane and appeared in more than 100 episodes of the show.
During her time on the drama, Meghan took on multiple challenging and dramatic storylines including being in a relationship with main character Mike Ross.
Meghan went on to leave the in 2017 after her relationship with Prince Harry became more serious.
Her contract was due to end anyway but it's been reported she did not renew it due to her increasing responsibilities as a Duchess.
What was Meghan Markle's Suits salary?
While working on Suits, it has been said that she was earning around £37,000 per episode, meaning she raking in £333,000 each year.
However, she also had other work away from the show, meaning her overall earnings were considerably more.
Her movie credits include 2010's Anti-Social, Horrible Bosses and the Robert Pattinson movie, Remember Me.
Her brief cameo in Robert Pattinson movie Remember Me scooped her £138,000 alone.
According to the Mirror, Meghan was worth a whopping £5 million in net value down to her various TV and film credits.

For the short film The Candidate she was paid £127,000 and £114,000 for an indie flick, The Boys and Girls Guide to Getting Down.
It is not known exactly what Meghan earned throughout her acting career, but her combined net worth with husband Prince Harry is said to be upwards of $60million combined.

The short answer is, yes, Meghan still receives royalties from Suits.
She will received a paycheque each time the show airs due to appearing in so many episodes.
These royalties helped pay for her and Prince Harry’s $14.7 million mansion in Montecito, California, according to Marie Claire.
