Sophie Turner meets Taylor Swift for second night in a row after bitter row with ex Joe Jonas | The Sun

SOPHIE Turner has been spotted having dinner with Taylor Swift for the second night in a row.

The Game Of Thrones star, 27, headed out last night just hours after it was revealed she is suing her ex husband Joe Jonas as their split turns nasty.

Bad Blood singer Taylor briefly dated Joe in 2008 and is said to have penned her song Mr Perfectly Fine about him after he allegedly dumped her by phone.

The night before Sophie and Taylor raised eyebrows as they were seen walking arm in arm as they strolled into the Via Carota restaurant in New York.

Last night they kept their outing a little more low key as they both arrived separately to the luxury Hotel Barriere Fouquet for dinner.

Sophie confirmed her split from the Jonas Brother singer earlier this month after four years of marriage.

But yesterday she sued estranged husband Joe to return their two daughters to England.

The actress filed the lawsuit in a Manhattan court on September 21, according to the documents obtained by the U.S. Sun.

According to the agreed plan: "When the Mother finished filming on September 14, 2023, she would travel to New York to collect the children and return home to England.

"The parties’ plan was for the Mother to spend a week with the family in New York, and then to return home to England with the children on September 20, 2023, where the Mother has a short work commitment on September 28, 2023.

The documents continued: "The Mother has requested the return of the children to England.

"She has submitted her Application for Return with the Central Authority for England & Wales.

"The Mother has never consented or acquiesced to the removal of the children from England."

The legal documents closed with: "The Mother has promptly, and to the best of her ability, taken all legal steps available to her to seek the return of the children to England."

Joe swiftly hit back branding the lawsuit a "harsh legal position" and said it goes against their "amicable co-parenting setup".

The 24-year-old's rep added to Page Six: "Less than 24 hours later, Sophie advised that she wanted to take the children permanently to the UK.

"Thereafter, she demanded via this filing that Joe hand over the children’s passports so that she could take them out of the country immediately."

Joe also insisted their daughters Willa, three, and their one-year-old have been with Sophie, 27, in New York since they met on Sunday to discuss their co-parenting plans.

“Joe is seeking shared parenting with the kids so that they are raised by both their mother and father, and is of course also okay with the kids being raised both in the U.S. and the UK,” his rep added.

The rep also pointed out that the children are American citizens and said Joe refuted Sophie's claim that she learned of their divorce "through the media".

He insisted she was "aware" he was filing for dissolution of their marriage following "multiple conversations".
